HIISI HOMES HELSINKI HAAGA, Helsinki

A train stop is located 200 metres from the building, offering direct connections to Helsinki Airport (via the I/P train) and the main railway station in about 10-15 minutes. A supermarket and pharmacy are within a one-minute walk. A quiet residential area, the surrounding streets also lead to parks and green spaces. Free parking is available in the building's garage, though the entrance is narrow. The location provides car-independent access to the city while keeping accommodation costs lower than central Helsinki. Shopping at Kaari shopping centre and several restaurants are within a short walk.

Studio apartments offer a seating area, flat-screen TV, and an en suite shower room. Some studios include a washing machine and a kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The three-bedroom apartment is spacious (65 m2) and includes a separate living room. All units have soundproofed walls, heating, and air-conditioning. Windows are permanently sealed for safety, so the rooms rely on mechanical ventilation supplemented by a portable fan and air cooler. This can make the apartment warm, especially during hot weather. Bed configurations vary: some studios have three single beds, others four; the family studio offers three single beds plus a sofa bed. Work desks, ironing facilities, and free Wi-Fi are included.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and basic kitchenware. A supermarket is literally next door, making grocery shopping very easy. For eating out, Spaghetteria is 1 km away, and Hanko Sushi Kaari is also 1 km. A pizza place is just steps from the building. The kitchen is designed for full meal preparation, though cooking without open windows means cooking odours can linger despite the ventilation system.

On-site free private parking is available in a garage (no reservation needed), though the narrow entrance suits compact to mid-size cars. There is also free off-site parking nearby. Express check-in and check-out are operated via personal entry codes - no physical reception is staffed. A lift serves the building. The property provides a washing machine in family studios and most standard studios, plus a drying rack. Pets are allowed, and pet bowls are available. Designated smoking areas exist, but smoking inside incurs a fee. No luggage storage is available; use the main railway station facility.
