For those driving, the property is slightly removed from the busiest stretch, offering a quieter beachfront experience while still being close to restaurants such as McDonald's (0.5 km), Oishi Thai Restaurant & Sushi Bar (0.5 km), and Marco's Pizza (0.5 km). A trolley service is available during peak tourist season, improving access along the strip. Nearby attractions include Shipwreck Island Waterpark (10-minute drive), St Andrews State Park, and ZooWorld. Airport shuttle service is not available; a car or ride-share is the recommended means of arrival.

The property provides direct beach access through a poolside gate; the beach is known for soft white sand and is quieter than central locations. The resort is small with about 40 units, so the pool and leisure areas are rarely crowded.

High-speed Wi-Fi is free in all areas, though some have reported patchy connectivity. A business center with printing and fax/photocopying services is staffed from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
