HOME FLOWERS MILANO, Milan

Home Flowers Milano is situated in a residential tower block close to the central station, making it highly convenient for train travellers. Centrale Metro Station is a short walk away, giving direct access to the Duomo in a few stops. The neighborhood has a practical, functional character with several restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within 0.5 km. The immediate area is busy and not particularly scenic, so those arriving after dark may prefer to take a taxi from the station.

Each room is a self-contained private space within the shared apartment, with its own bathroom. Rooms are compact but clean, featuring parquet floors, a wardrobe, and a work desk. Each room includes a private balcony or terrace. Soundproofing is limited, and rooms facing the courtyard may experience noise from neighbouring apartments and street activity. The bedding is a common concern - the mattresses can be firm or have worn springs, and the beds are on the shorter side. Rooms on higher floors (6th) have better ventilation, but opening the window can let in cooking odours from the neighbourhood.

The property offers a simple continental breakfast included in the room rate on weekdays within the apartment. On Sundays, breakfast is instead provided at a nearby bakery. There is a shared kitchen with a coffee machine and capsules available for free throughout the day. A minibar is stocked in each room (with items for purchase). Numerous restaurants, including Terra E Mare, Ristorante Xiongdi, and Al cuoco di bordo, are within a 5-minute walk.

The property offers a sun terrace with free sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxation. The solarium is also included free of charge. Evening entertainment is provided on site at no extra cost. Bike tours, walking tours, and cycling can be arranged for an additional charge. For families, there is a kids' outdoor play area, board games, and baby safety gates, although the property itself is adults-only for booking.

WiFi is free in all areas. Luggage storage is free both before check-in and after checkout. The shared kitchen is equipped with a kettle and coffee machine, but the fridge is locked for guest use. Daily housekeeping is included. A laundry service and dry cleaning are available at an extra charge. Business services include free fax/photocopying. Safety features include CCTV, a security alarm, and a safety deposit box. A 24-hour security presence is on site.
