HOSTAL CASA BLANCA, Seville

The property sits in a peripheral neighbourhood about 6 km from Seville Airport (a 10-minute taxi ride, approximately €15-20). City-centre attractions such as Barrio Santa Cruz and Plaza de España are around 30 minutes away by bus. There is a bus stop within a 2-minute walk that provides connections to the centre (bus line 52) and a local train station about 1 km away. For those driving, free street parking is readily available directly outside the house on a quiet road. The area itself is calm and safe for walking, but it lacks supermarkets and nightlife options, meaning most activities require a vehicle or planned public transport.

For downtime, guests have access to a well-maintained sun terrace and a small garden with outdoor furniture and a picnic area. An outdoor fireplace adds a cosy touch for cooler evenings. These outdoor spaces are shared among all guests and are kept clean. There are no on-site wellness facilities such as a pool, spa, or gym. The area is quiet and suitable for a relaxed stay, but leisure activities beyond the property require a short drive or bus ride into Seville.

WiFi is free throughout the property and is reported as strong and reliable. The shared kitchen includes an oven, microwave, fridge, hob, and all necessary cookware and utensils, plus a dishwasher. There is also a shared lounge/TV area. Security is handled by 24-hour CCTV in common areas, key access, and a security alarm. Express check-in and private check-in/out are available via a secure key box with a code provided before arrival. Late arrivals (including after midnight) are easy. The cleaning team visits daily to refresh the bathroom and common areas. Luggage storage is possible by arrangement. Cots are available on request (free of charge). Housekeeping is reported as thorough, with the bathroom generally clean, but bedroom cleanliness can vary.
