HOTEL ACAPULCO, Milan

The hotel sits in a quiet residential neighbourhood with several restaurants, cafés and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Centrale Metro Station is 2 km away, Lambrate Metro Station is a 14-minute walk, and Milan Linate Airport is 7 km away. A bus stop (line 61) just outside connects directly to Milan Central Station. For visitors without a car, the location is well-served by public transport. No on-site parking is available - paid street parking is an option but not guaranteed.

Each room includes a private bathroom with a bidet, hairdryer, free toiletries, and a shower. A wardrobe provides storage. Some rooms are large with high ceilings and views; others are more compact. A few ground-floor rooms have no windows and are located next to the reception, which can be noisy. Road-facing rooms on lower floors have thin walls and may pick up conversation from neighbours, while windows are well-sealed against outdoor noise. The furniture is older but functional. Ants have been reported in the past; keeping food sealed is advisable. Daily housekeeping refreshes towels and toiletries.

The hotel does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast. The surrounding streets offer multiple options including Trattoria Bertame, Osteria dell'Utopia, Samori Caffe and a variety of pizzerias and bars, all within 0.5 km. For a fuller morning meal, guests find it easy to walk to a nearby café or bar for coffee and pastries. A shared kettle can be requested from reception for in-room hot drinks.

Wi-Fi is free in the rooms, though some have reported weak connectivity. Luggage storage is free and available before check-in and after check-out, which is useful for late departures. Pets are allowed with no extra charge. The 24-hour reception can assist in English, Spanish, and Italian, though not all staff speak English; communication can be managed with gestures or basic Italian. A safety deposit box is free. Daily housekeeping is provided. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Maestro and MasterCard; the tourist city tax may need to be paid in cash. No lift is available.
