The hotel is located in the Lampugnano district, a practical base for car travellers and exhibition visitors. MiCo Milano Congressi is a 5-minute drive away, and Rho Fiera Milano exhibition centre is 15 minutes by car. The area has supermarkets, shops and several restaurants within 300-500 metres. Free street parking is readily available, and a paid public car park is 300 metres away. The nearest metro is not within walking distance, but tram lines 1 and 14 stop just outside and run to the Duomo. The neighbourhood is generally quiet, though some may prefer to use the tram for evening journeys to the centre.

Accommodation includes double, twin and family rooms (some with three beds). Rooms feature carpeted floors and a work desk. The property is older, and while some rooms have been renovated with modern furnishings, others retain a more dated style. Noise from the road and plumbing can be an issue in certain rooms; requesting a courtyard-facing room or one on a higher floor can improve quietness. There is no kettle in the rooms, but hot water is available from the reception on request. Daily housekeeping is provided, and towels are changed regularly. Note that the hotel has no lift - only stairs - which may be challenging with heavy luggage.

Breakfast includes bread, pastries, croissants, cheese, ham, yogurt, and coffee. Cold hard-boiled eggs are offered, but there are no hot dishes such as scrambled eggs or omelettes. Gluten-free options are available on request. The breakfast room and reception area feature decorative aquariums. The area around the hotel offers shopping at Piazza Portello and easy access to San Siro racecourse (25-30 minutes on foot or by tram). For those attending events at MiCo or Rho Fiera, the location is practical.
