The hotel sits on a busy main road in Neukölln, directly opposite Buschkrugpark. The U7 underground line, just 3 minutes on foot, provides a direct route to Berlin city centre in about 30-40 minutes and to BER Airport. The area offers several Italian restaurants, a Lidl supermarket, and a west African snack bar within easy walking distance. Morning street parking is possible in adjacent roads, though on-site spaces are reserved and limited. The A100 and A113 motorways are close, making car access convenient. The park opposite is ideal for morning runs. The neighbourhood has a practical, mixed-use character with some industrial buildings nearby.

Rooms are spacious, with a modern design including a large wardrobe, sofa, and work desk. All have cable TV and an en suite bathroom with hairdryer; some have a bathtub. The property has a lift and non-smoking rooms. Rooms facing the main road can be noisy, while park-facing rooms are quieter. No air conditioning is installed - fans are provided, and rooms can get warm in summer. Some room furnishings show wear from the 1990s style, but cleanliness is maintained. The bathrooms are functional; some units have a compact shower stall. no tea/coffee maker or iron in the room (iron available at reception). Luggage storage after checkout is possible only in the lobby.

Breakfast is served in a bright breakfast room and includes fresh bread rolls, cold cuts, cheese, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, cakes, and hot drinks (coffee and tea only, no in-room coffee/tea maker). The buffet is replenished throughout the morning. Gluten-free and lactose-free options are available on request. There is no on-site restaurant or bar; dinner must be sought at nearby Italian restaurants, a west African snack bar, or other local eateries within walking distance. A morning newspaper is also provided for each guest.

Leisure options are limited to the park opposite the hotel. Buschkrugpark is suitable for jogging, walking, or unwinding and provides a calm contrast to the main road. There are no wellness facilities such as a spa, sauna, swimming pool, or fitness centre within the property. The park is also a pleasant location for a short stroll or picnic. For more extensive leisure, central Berlin's attractions are a 30-40 minute U-Bahn ride away.
