HOTEL COACALCO, Mexico City

The hotel sits in a central Coacalco position, 23 km from Felipe Ángeles International Airport - about 40 minutes by car with light traffic - and also 23 km from the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Zocalo Square is 32 km away. A shopping plaza is within a few minutes' walk, and the location works well for accessing nearby event venues. For airport transfers, a car is recommended; the hotel's free private parking makes this practical. The area is suited to drivers rather than public transport users for longer distances.

Rooms are described as spacious and comfortable, each featuring a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer, plus free toiletries. In-room amenities include a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining table, and free Wi-Fi. The standard double room offers one bed, while a twin option has two beds. All rooms face an inner courtyard, which contributes to a quiet atmosphere suitable for rest. Cleaning is reliable, and the bathrooms are noted as being particularly roomy. No air conditioning or heating is available, so planning for the local climate is advisable. The property also offers family rooms.

The hotel does not operate its own restaurant or provide breakfast. However, grocery delivery is available for an additional charge, allowing guests to stock their rooms with food and drinks. A shopping plaza with dining options is a short walk from the hotel, offering practical alternatives for meals.

The property features a lush garden, providing a calm outdoor space for guests to unwind. No gym, pool, spa, or other leisure facilities are present. The garden offers a simple, quiet retreat after a day of travel or work.

Practical facilities include free private parking on site (no reservation needed, with accessible and parking garage options), free Wi-Fi available in rooms, a lift, a 24-hour front desk, and express check-in/out. Additional services include private check-in/out, currency exchange, room service, and grocery deliveries. Security is provided by CCTV both in common areas and outside, plus key access and fire extinguishers. The hotel offers family rooms but does not accommodate pets, and no accessibility equipment is available for guests with mobility needs.
