HOTEL FAMILY HOUSE, Rome

The property is situated in a central area of Rome, within walking distance of major landmarks: the Colosseum and Domus Aurea are about 15 minutes away, and Santa Maria Maggiore is less than 1 km from the hotel. Vittorio Emanuele Metro Station is just a 5-minute walk, providing quick connections across the city. Termini Station, the main railway and bus hub, is also within a 10-minute walk. Ciampino Airport is 13 km away; no airport shuttle is available, so public transport or a taxi is needed. The immediate neighbourhood is functional and well-connected but can feel less polished at night; daytime walking is straightforward and safe. Several restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket are within a short walk.

Hotel Family House offers family rooms equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom with a bidet and hairdryer, free toiletries, a work desk, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. Room size and condition vary significantly: some rooms are spacious and recently renovated, while others are compact, dated, or have limited storage and only one functional power outlet. Top-floor rooms can include a private terrace and tend to be quieter and brighter. Road-facing rooms may experience street noise. The building has no elevator, so rooms on upper floors require climbing stairs. Towels, sheets, and two complimentary water bottles are provided; some rooms include a mini fridge. Noise insulation is minimal, and sounds from the corridor and neighbouring rooms can be noticeable.

Hotel Family House does not have a restaurant. Breakfast is not automatically included; its availability and cost are determined by the rate chosen during booking, so this must be confirmed at the time of reservation. A happy hour service is available for an additional charge. The surrounding area has multiple restaurants within 300-500 metres, including Italian, Korean, and international options, as well as cafés and bars. A supermarket is also nearby for self-catering supplies.

There is no spa, wellness centre, swimming pool, or gym on the property. The outdoor areas include a garden and a terrace, which provide a basic space for relaxation. For leisure and recreation, guests will need to use nearby public parks or historic sites that are within walking distance of the hotel.
