HOTEL FATTORI, Bologna

Hotel Fattori is situated in the Villanova district of Bologna, a practical location for those arriving by car or needing easy access to the Bologna Exhibition Centre (7 km) and Fico Eataly World (10 minutes by car). The bus stop is directly outside the hotel, providing a straightforward public transport link to the city centre. Free private parking is available on site, making car-based exploration simple. The property is also close to the ring road, convenient for onward travel. A nearby restaurant is within walking distance (approximately 1 km), and the hotel's location on a main road means road-facing rooms may pick up some traffic noise, but closed windows provide effective sound insulation.

The property offers an Italian breakfast each morning, which typically includes pastries, coffee, and other typical Italian items. Breakfast is available from 06:00, which is practical for early risers or those with work commitments. Breakfast is not automatically included in the room rate, so it is advisable to confirm availability and cost at the time of booking. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but guests can purchase drinks and snacks from the on-site bar, snack bar, and vending machines. A nearby restaurant (Boteco Dos Amigos) is about 1 km away for evening meals.

There is no spa or wellness centre on site, and no swimming pool. Leisure options are limited to the on-site bar, garden, and coffee house. For relaxation, guests often use the quiet, clean rooms or the outdoor garden space. The hotel's location is better suited for those focused on practical accommodation, business trips, or using the hotel as a base for exploring Bologna by car.

The property offers free Wi-Fi throughout, free private parking on site (no reservation needed), and free daily housekeeping. Pets are allowed on request with no additional fees, and pet bowls are available. Additional services include fax/photocopying, vending machines (drinks and snacks), and breakfast in the room upon request. A lift serves the building, and facilities for disabled guests are noted. Safety features include CCTV outside, fire extinguishers, and smoke alarms. Reception is open from 06:00 to 21:30; luggage storage is possible for early arrivals, and free bicycle storage is available. Payment can be made by major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, and CartaSi.
