The surrounding streets are lined with cafés, restaurants, supermarkets (e.g., Albert), and the modernist Church of Christ's Heart is just a few steps away. The Eden Arena is reachable by bus 136 from Orionka station or by taxi. The location is well-suited for exploring on foot, though the walk to the city centre is about 15-20 minutes. Car access is possible, but street parking is limited.

Room types range from compact double rooms to spacious family rooms, triple rooms, quadruple rooms, and suites with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Windows are old-style, large Altbau designs; they let in plenty of natural light but provide limited soundproofing. No air conditioning is available, and rooms can become hot in summer - opening windows is the only cooling option. The property is in a historic 19th-century building, and some rooms may feel dated, with older furniture. Bed firmness varies; some describe mattresses as firm or even hard. Rooms are generally spacious, clean, and well-suited for value-focused stays.

The breakfast offers a continental buffet with vegetables, a selection of cold cuts, cake, yogurt, muesli, and fruit. Hot drinks and juice are included.
