The area is well served by metro and rail, making it easy to reach other districts. Parking is free but limited to 3 on-site spaces, requiring advance reservation.

Each double room includes one double-sized bed, a private bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, and jacuzzi-style bathtub. Rooms feature air conditioning, flat-screen TV with cable channels, electric kettle, sofa, and yukata robes. Room sizes are notably above standard for Tokyo, comfortably accommodating up to four large suitcases. Some rooms provide a microwave and additional amenities such as hair straighteners and facial products. Balconies overlook either the river or Tokyo Skytree. A wood-paneled sliding door instead of a curtain reduces light intrusion for better sleep.
