St. Marx station is a 6-7 minute walk away, providing the S7 train direct to Vienna International Airport (15 km) in about 20 minutes. Vienna Central Station is also within easy reach (around 2 minutes by train). The Ernst Happel Stadion is 3 km away or 18 minutes by public transport, and the Marx Halle Event Venue is 900 metres from the property. Several supermarkets (Billa, DM) and a variety of restaurants are within a short walking distance, making self-catering and dining out convenient. For those arriving by car, no parking is available, but public transport serves all main routes efficiently.
