HOTEL RISTORANTE CA' NOVA, Venice

The hotel sits in a quiet residential and light-industrial part of Marghera, close to Porto Marghera. The bus stop for line 53E is a 2-minute walk, giving direct access to Venice (Piazzale Roma) in 20-30 minutes without needing a car. The M9 Museum (5 km) and Frari Basilica (10 km) are the main nearby attractions. Several pizzerias and casual restaurants are within 0.5-1 km on foot. Free on-site public parking makes this a practical base for travellers with a vehicle, though the immediate neighbourhood is not a tourist area and includes some street-level activity at night.

Room options include single rooms with one bed or double rooms with a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet (single) or bath (double). All rooms have air conditioning, heating, a minibar, flat-screen TV, carpeted floor and free toiletries. Double rooms offer a terrace with garden views. The furniture is older but functional, and room sizes are modest - a practical fit for travellers prioritising value and location over space. The furniture is older and some elements such as wardrobes can be unstable. The air conditioning unit can be noisy, and in rooms without a terrace, the balcony may not be guaranteed at check-in. The property can feel quiet as few rooms are occupied at the same time.

The hotel provides a garden and a terrace for guests to use. There is no swimming pool, spa, sauna or gym. This makes the property a straightforward accommodation choice rather than a leisure destination. The terrace on the ground floor offers a calm spot to sit, but there are no mosquito nets on balconies, so use repellent during warmer months.

Free public parking is available on site without reservation. WiFi is free in all areas. The 24-hour front desk can also provide luggage storage. The property is secured with CCTV, key-card access, 24-hour security and a safety deposit box. Pets are allowed on request (charges may apply). Cots/cribs and a children's menu are available. A coffee shop is on site. Room service is available. Check-out is at 10:00 but luggage can be left if agreed with staff in advance (request at check-in). The hotel building is locked outside reception hours, so guests arriving late or leaving before 08:00 should coordinate access in advance.
