The hotel lies in a quiet zone 300 m from Rebibbia Metro (line B), which reaches the Colosseum in about 20 minutes and Termini in 15-20 minutes. It is also well served by buses. Guests driving can reach the hotel directly from the GRA ring road and the A24 motorway without needing a ZTL permit. The Tiberina bus station is 6 km away. The walk to the metro is roughly 7-10 minutes on foot; with heavy luggage it may take closer to 20 minutes. The immediate area is a mixed residential and industrial zone that can feel deserted at night, so returning on foot after dark is not ideal-taxis are recommended for late returns. A supermarket (Lidl) and several casual restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.

Rooms feature air conditioning, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with Italian channels (no satellite or pay-per-view), minibar, safe, and a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries, and hairdryer. Some upper-floor rooms offer views over the River Aniene and adjacent nature reserve. Room size varies: some are spacious and newly renovated, while others are compact; basement or semi-basement rooms with small high windows are also present. Soundproofing between rooms is limited-road-facing rooms and those near the kitchen or reception can be noisier. Insects (ants, mosquitoes) have been noted in some rooms, particularly those at ground or basement level. Towels and linens are changed every two days. Rooms are cleaned daily. A kettle is not provided.

A buffet breakfast is served from 07:30 in the lobby, offering a continental selection with a choice of sweet pastries, bread, cold meats, cheese, yoghurts, cereal, juice, and hot drinks. Gluten-free options are available on request. The bar serves drinks in the afternoon, and a snack bar is also available. Special diet menus can be requested. In-room breakfast and wine/champagne are offered at an additional cost. Several local restaurants-including Ferrara Pietro, Ponte Mammolo, and Bar Diam-are within 500 metres, and hotel guests receive discounts at some of them.

Leisure options are limited but include a shared lounge/TV area, a terrace overlooking the River Aniene, and a garden with outdoor furniture. These spaces offer a quiet retreat after sightseeing. There is no pool, spa, gym, or fitness centre on site.

The 24-hour front desk can arrange an airport shuttle (€65 each way for two people, cash).
