Location

In the Nizza-Millefonti district, 100 metres from three major hospitals and within a 5-minute walk of Spezia metro station.

Located in a quiet residential area, the hotel is well connected to the city centre: the Spezia metro stop is 5 minutes on foot, and bus 18 provides direct service to all main sights. Lingotto Fiere exhibition centre is reachable in 4 minutes by car. The neighbourhood offers free street parking directly in front of and beside the building (no time disc required), making it practical for drivers. The surrounding streets have several restaurants, cafes and a pastry shop within 0.5 km. The metro makes car-free exploration straightforward and stress-free.

Accommodation

Renovated double rooms with private bathroom, soundproof walls, air conditioning and a view of the inner courtyard.

Each room includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, bidet, hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. The room comes with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, minibar, electric kettle, tea and coffee making facilities, soundproof walls, and a wardrobe. Rooms overlooking the inner courtyard are notably quiet. The rooms are clean, functional and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. No in-house restaurant or breakfast service is available. A vending machine in the shared lounge provides drinks and snacks. For morning meals, a nearby bar within walking distance offers a discounted breakfast for hotel guests. Several other cafes, pizza places and a pastry shop are located within 0.5 km, providing a range of quick dining choices. The lack of an on-site restaurant means most meals will be taken outside the property, but the surrounding area offers enough alternatives to cover lunch and dinner.

Leisure

No spa, swimming pool or gym facilities are available on site.

As a budget-friendly hotel focused on practical accommodation, there are no wellness or leisure amenities such as a pool, spa or gym.
