HYBA HERITAGE HOTEL, Dubai

The hotel is located in the historic Al Ras neighbourhood of Old Dubai, off the main street behind trading shops - accessible on foot from the metro and bus stations. A short walk connects to Al Ras Metro Station and the Gold Souk, with the main bus station also nearby. Dubai International Airport is 6 km away. For business trips, the Dubai World Trade Centre is about 10 km. Taxis are the main mode for longer journeys, but drivers may not easily locate the entrance. The area is lively and traditional, with narrow streets and local shops.

Rooms include family rooms and suites, each with a private bathroom (shower, bidet, hairdryer, free toiletries). Family rooms are spacious, with 2 beds, a private entrance, soundproof walls, and an inner courtyard view. Suites have 1 bed, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area, and soundproof walls. All rooms are air-conditioned and include a wardrobe, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. Rooms facing common areas may pick up noise. Room choice matters significantly - basic rooms are compact and basic, while family rooms and suites offer more space and quiet. Confirmed bedding and bathroom types must be clarified at booking: some private rooms share a washroom.

Breakfast is served in the hotel, with a buffet that includes bread, pastries, eggs, fresh vegetables, fruit, yoghurt, and hot drinks. The cost is 20 AED per person and is available from 08:00 to 10:00. For those wanting a fuller morning meal without spending extra, the surrounding area has several cafés and restaurants within a short walk - Indian, Arabian, and local options are nearby.

The hotel does not provide a pool, spa, gym, or sauna. The traditional atmosphere of the building and its courtyard seating area serve as the primary leisure space. For recreation, visitors can explore the nearby Gold Souk, the Dubai Creek area, and the historic Al Fahidi neighbourhood - all within walking distance or a short metro ride.

The hotel offers free WiFi in all areas, a 24-hour front desk with multilingual staff (Arabic, Bengali, English, Hindi), and daily housekeeping is free. Luggage storage is available after check-out, and guests can also use the shower before a late departure. Safety features include CCTV, smoke alarms, key access, and free safety deposit boxes. The property has a designated smoking area. No on-site parking is available. Cots are available for families. Payment can be made on arrival by cash or card.
