Located 24 km from Don Mueang International Airport, the hotel sits off the main road in a calm lane. Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link Station is a short walk away, providing direct access to both airports and central Bangkok. BTS Skytrain stations are also nearby. Major shopping destinations such as Gaysorn Village (19 minutes on foot), Central World (2 km), Pratunam Market and Platinum Mall are within 20 minutes' walk. Numerous restaurants, cafés, a 7-Eleven, and a 24-hour laundry are just steps away. Traffic can be heavy during peak hours, but public transport reduces reliance on taxis.

Rooms offer air conditioning, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet, and hairdryer, plus a tea/coffee maker, minibar, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, safe deposit box, and free WiFi. Bed sizes include double (one bed) and twin (two beds). Some rooms feature a pool view, city view, or balcony. While many guests find the beds exceptionally comfortable and rooms spacious, some units show signs of wear: mold in bathrooms, sewage smells from drains, leaking AC, and dark lighting due to limited windows (especially ground floor). Noise from hallways and nearby rooms can be an issue. Room assignment can significantly affect the experience, so requesting an upper floor away from the pool area is advisable.

The hotel does not have a restaurant or provide breakfast. A small café at the reception sells snacks and drinks. Dozens of dining options are within a 5- to 10-minute walk, including Sky Lounge (0.5 km), Kay's Boutique Breakfast, Everest Kitchen, Somboondee Seafood, and several authentic Thai restaurants. A 7-Eleven is also close by. For those who prefer to self-cater, rooms have a tea/coffee maker and minibar.

The rooftop pool is a salt-water facility with a fence around it, open all year. It offers views of the Bangkok skyline and is a popular spot to relax after a day out. There are sun loungers and umbrellas, though only two loungers are currently available and some have been reported as broken. The pool area can be small, and maintenance (floorboards, loungers) may show wear. The pool may occasionally close without notice. The terrace area is also used for sunbathing and evening relaxation.

Free WiFi is accessible throughout the hotel. Public parking is available free of charge at a nearby lot (50 meters, 3-minute walk) but cannot be reserved. A 24-hour front desk assists with check-in, luggage storage, and requests. Airport transfer can be arranged with at least 2 days' notice for 600 THB one-way (car for 2 persons). Laundry and ironing services are available for an additional charge. The hotel provides daily housekeeping, a safe deposit box, and full-day security with CCTV, key card access, and smoke alarms. Wheelchair access is available. A refundable 500 THB cash deposit is required at check-in. Pets are not allowed.
