The metro runs directly beneath the building, with some rumbling and vibration until late evening. Road-facing rooms also pick up street noise including sirens from nearby hospitals. For airport transfers, a private shuttle can be arranged.

The Imperia Suite offers a games room for relaxation and a shared kitchen for basic meal preparation. Outside, there is a sun terrace and garden with outdoor furniture, as well as a designated barbecue area.
