INNOTELLI APARTMENTS, Helsinki

The apartments are located in a converted office/industrial building in the Kontula district, about 18 km from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (15-20 minutes by car/taxi) and 11-14 km from Hartwall Arena and Helsinki Olympic Stadium. The area is primarily industrial, with a metro station (Kontula or Myllypuro) a 10 to 17-minute walk away, providing a 15-25 minute ride to central Helsinki. Local services such as a Tokmanni store, a Lidl supermarket, and the Kontula shopping centre are within a short walk. The neighbourhood may feel less inviting in the evening, and the building entrance is near a loading bay, so follow emailed directions precisely as Google Maps can misdirect to the wrong side of the metro tracks.

Each apartment includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and basic cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare your own meals. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided. For grocery shopping, a Lidl supermarket and a Tokmanni discount store are within a 5-10 minute walk. The Kontula shopping centre, about 1 km away, offers additional food shops and a pizza/kebab takeaway. There is no breakfast included or served on the property, so plan to either stock the kitchen in advance or eat out.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Parking is also free and available on site without reservation, though spaces are limited and can fill up, especially in the evening. Security features include 24-hour CCTV in common areas and outside, security alarms, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. A minimarket is located on site. Laundry facilities are free to use, and express check-in/check-out is available via the keyless code system. There is no reception desk, but the property is contactable by phone or email. Pets are allowed at no extra charge, and family rooms are available. The building has no lift, so guests with heavy luggage or mobility needs should plan accordingly.
