ISG Apartments Cuna is set on a pedestrian street in Seville's historic centre, 800 metres from La Giralda and the Cathedral. The Royal Alcázar and Triana Bridge are each a 13-minute walk away; Plaza de España and Maria Luisa Park are about 3 km distant. A tram stop 10 minutes away provides wider city access. Dozens of eateries, including Bar Europa and Bodega Gongora, are within a 5-minute walk. The pedestrian-only street keeps foot traffic convenient but requires a short walk from the parking garage.

All units are open-plan studios or one-bedroom apartments, each with a queen bed and a sofa bed suitable for children or a third adult. Every apartment has a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, heating, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, cookware and Nescafe capsules (a courtesy supply on arrival). Some apartments feature a washing machine, tumble dryer, and soundproofing. Floor plans vary: some have windows onto a pedestrian street, while others have internal courtyard windows, which can admit corridor noise and light from common areas. Several reports indicate a potential for street noise in the evening; rooms away from the road are quieter. Some units have steps within the apartment.

The rooftop pool is open all year, features a shallow end, sun loungers, and views of the Giralda. It is shared by 7 apartments and is not heated. Two apartments (2.2 and 2.3) include a private plunge pool. The rooftop terrace offers outdoor furniture and is a popular spot for cooling off after sightseeing, especially during hot weather. The pool deck can be slippery when wet.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Entry is via keypad codes, eliminating the need for physical keys. Washing machines are available in a common corridor for shared use; drying laundry inside the apartment is typical due to historic-centre restrictions on balcony drying. Express check-in/check-out is handled through the platform, with the property contactable by message. No on-site reception or luggage storage is available.
