ITALIANFLAT - SUBWAY MILANO, Milan

The guest house sits in a quiet residential pocket within easy reach of key Milan landmarks - MUDEC is a short walk, Santa Maria delle Grazie is 3 km away, and The Last Supper is 3 km. The metro station at roughly 50 metres puts the city centre within minutes and connects directly to Linate Airport. Supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a café are within a few steps, and the neighbourhood remains calm at night, making it practical for families or anyone needing good public transport links without airport noise.

Each room type - family rooms with 2-4 beds and quadruple rooms with 2 beds - is described as spacious and clean, with modern fixtures that include air conditioning, heating, and streaming-capable flat-screen TVs. Every unit has its own private bathroom with shower, bidet, and hairdryer, plus free toiletries. The kitchen comes complete with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and kitchenware, so preparing meals is straightforward. Many units are on the ground floor or basement level, which means no stairs but also no elevator access. The building has no lift, so rooms on upper floors require stair climbing.

Because every unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher, guests who prefer to cook can easily do so. The area itself offers a range of nearby eateries - Domino's Pizza and On the Road Cafe are 0.5 km away, and sit-down options such as Ristorante Le Saline, Ristorante Pizzeria Agrodolce, and Moon Light 92 are within 0.5 km. Cuisines span Italian, oriental, and quick bites, so dining variety is accessible without a car.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas, with reported good reliability for browsing and streaming. Each room has its own washing machine, a practical feature for longer stays or travellers covering multiple destinations. Reception staff are reachable by phone and respond quickly; the check-in and check-out process is entirely private, handled without a front desk. Useful extras include heating, air conditioning, and a seating/dining area in every unit. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures. Soap and other toiletries are provided, and an invoice can be issued on request.
