Milan Linate Airport is 10 km away. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from Arena Civica and 600 metres from Bosco Verticale. For those driving, public parking is available 50 metres away at €25 per day. However, the courtyard-facing units can be very noisy until 5 AM due to a nearby nightclub; lighter sleepers or business travellers may prefer units facing the street or the pedestrian area, which is lined with restaurants and shops.

Each unit features one or two separate bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware, plus a dining area. The apartments have parquet or tiled floors, a washing machine, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The private terrace adds outdoor space.
