The hotel is within a 5-minute walk of Pavilion KL, Fahrenheit 88, Starhill Gallery, and Bukit Bintang's main shopping strip. Jalan Alor, famous for hawker stalls and seafood, is 300 metres away. Lot 10, with a sky bridge to the monorail, is a 2-minute walk, and Petronas Twin Towers / KLCC is 2 km away. The MRT Bukit Bintang station is about 300 metres from the hotel, making it easy to reach KL Sentral and other parts of the city. For car users, the hotel provides limited free parking, but the area can get congested, especially on weekends.

All rooms include a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Standard rooms have no window and are compact; Superior and Deluxe rooms include windows, with Deluxe rooms offering city views. The Family Room has two queen beds and can accommodate two children. The Suite is the only room type with a bathtub, jacuzzi, separate living area, and a fridge. No rooms have a balcony. Air conditioning in some rooms has been noted to struggle to cool effectively, and windows in some rooms face an active construction site. For a quieter stay, a Superior or Deluxe room is recommended.

While there is no restaurant or breakfast service at the hotel, the surrounding Bukit Bintang area is packed with dining options. Jalan Alor, 300 metres away, offers a wide range of hawker stalls and seafood restaurants. Pavilion Mall (450m), Lot 10, and Berjaya Times Square all contain numerous restaurants, cafes, and food courts. For halal food, Chee Meng Hainanese Chicken Rice and Nasi Lemak Alor Corner are close by. A convenience store and a cheap laundry are also located next to the hotel.

Additional services include concierge service, express check-in/out (surcharge), private check-in/out, and a safety deposit box. An iron and ironing board are available on each floor, shared between rooms. Drinking water refill stations are placed near the elevator on each floor, allowing you to refill bottles for free. A lift serves all floors. The hotel has CCTV throughout, key card and key access, 24-hour security, and smoke alarms. Laundry service is not available. Parking is free but limited to 20 sedan cars (using a lift-parking system) and 6 SUV/MPV spots on a first-come, first-served basis; it cannot be reserved.
