The aparthotel is a 5-minute walk from Edogawabashi Station on the Yurakucho Line, and also close to a second subway station. Bus stops are just around the corner, providing easy access to Shinjuku, Ikebukuro and other parts of Tokyo. The neighbourhood is quiet but well served by convenience stores (7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Lawson), supermarkets, and over a dozen restaurants including a popular ramen spot directly across the street. The Kanda River promenade is a short walk away, and parks such as Edogawa Park (5 minutes) and Tsurumaki Minami Park (under 1 km) offer green space. The area is considered spacious by Tokyo standards and a peaceful alternative to busier districts.

The apartments have a well-fitted kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and cookware, making self-catering easy.
