J & E MALAGA CENTER APARTAMENTOS, Malaga

The apartment comprises a separate bedroom (double bed) and a living room with a sofa bed, sleeping up to four people. The private bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware, and a coffee machine. A washing machine, dining area, wardrobe, and flat-screen TV are provided. The unit has air conditioning that also provides heating. The apartment is on the ground floor and faces an inner courtyard, which keeps street noise out but means very little natural light. The bedroom lacks a proper view or balcony. The bed size may feel small for two adults who prefer more space. The sofa bed is separated from the bedroom area only by a low partition, offering limited visual privacy for groups. The general condition of furniture and fixtures (shower door, bedside tables, sockets) has been noted as needing attention in some units.

Leisure options are centred on the city's attractions. The Picasso Museum is a 7-minute walk, the Cathedral is 9 minutes, and the Alcazaba is a 12-minute walk. La Malagueta Beach is reachable in about 18 minutes on foot. The apartment itself has no pool, spa, or gym. The central location makes it easy to access the city's nightlife, bars, and cultural sites. The area is suitable for running, and the property's location has been used by marathon participants due to its proximity to the route and start area.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The building has a lift. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Luggage can be dropped at the apartment from 12:15 if arriving early.
