The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Costa Adeje, offering privacy and stunning mountain-to-ocean vistas. Restaurants such as El Molino Blanco, Pinocchio, and Sunset Restaurant are within a 10-minute walk (0.5 km). The nearest beach (Bobo Beach) is a 20-minute walk downhill; a taxi from town costs under €8. Aqualand is just 600 metres away, and two major water parks are within walking distance. Tenerife South Airport is 19 km away - a 20-minute drive. Parking is free and located right at the house entrance, making a car convenient for exploring Playa Duque and other attractions. Scenic walks along the coast are easily accessible.

The villa features two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with twin beds) plus a living room with a sofa bed, sleeping up to six guests. The bathroom includes both a bath and a shower. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, cookware, and a washing machine - ideal for self-catering. The standout feature is the large private terrace with garden furniture, a hot tub, and panoramic sea and mountain views. The interior is described as spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV, CD player, and free wired internet. A work desk is available for those needing a workspace. Cots can be provided on request. The property has a private entrance and a safety deposit box.
