The aparthotel sits in a residential area of Pankow, with a tram station less than 3 minutes away on foot. Tram lines M2, M13, and 12 take about 20 minutes to reach Alexanderplatz. A Lidl supermarket is across the street, and other shops, bakeries, and cafes (Backerei Backelfe, Cafe Santa Dolores) are within a few hundred metres. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet, though rooms facing the main street pick up tram and traffic noise. Free on-street parking is available in the area, making it car-friendly.

Accommodation types include studios, one-bedroom apartments, and double/single rooms. Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The kitchenette in each room features a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and tea/coffee maker. A washing machine, work desk, seating area, and wardrobe are provided.
