The historic centre with its museums, monuments, shops, restaurants, and tapas bars is a 10-15 minute walk. Malaga Cathedral is a 14-minute walk. The Port of Malaga is 3 km away. The last bus stop from the airport is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Malaga María Zambrano Train Station is 3 km away, and Malaga Airport is 10 km away. The neighbourhood is lively, with a restaurant below causing occasional evening noise, but the location is walkable enough that you can explore the centre and the port entirely on foot.

The apartment is a single studio unit on the first floor, accessible by lift. It features a double bed, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and free toiletries. The kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, and cookware. A dining table and a sitting area are provided. Entertainment includes a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a CD player. Heating and air conditioning (which must be turned off when out) ensure year-round comfort. The studio is compact but well-equipped, with a trouser press, ironing facilities, and a work desk. There is no balcony, and the room overlooks the street, which can be audible in the evening from a neighbouring restaurant, but the mattress is comfortable and the unit is generally quiet enough for a good night's sleep.
