L'AFFITTACAMERE NEL PARCO "APPIA ANTICA" - PISCINA A USO OSPITI, Rome

The guest house sits in a calm street in a district that is easy to reach by car. The nearby bus stops (lines 764 and 766) provide direct routes to the centre of Rome, reaching Trastevere in about 20 minutes. Laurentina Metro Station is 4 km away, giving access to the wider metro network. Free on-street parking is abundant directly outside the property. The area is quiet and well-connected for exploring the city while returning to a peaceful base.

The property is a guest house with three self-contained rooms, each featuring a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries and hairdryer. Rooms are air-conditioned and include a tea/coffee maker, a private entrance, a dining area, and garden views. Some rooms also include bathrobes and a bidet. The family room is wheelchair accessible with grab rails. The living room, kitchen and garden are shared with other guests, though room soundproofing keeps noise between rooms low. Wardrobes are spacious, beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean and well-organised, with a slightly dated but fully functional decor suited to short stays.

The coffee shop on site provides a simple breakfast of coffee and pastries. A well-equipped shared kitchen is available for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals, and the garden terrace is a pleasant spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. For a fuller meal, several restaurants are within 1 km, including Pizzeria Ciopa Blu and Da Pietro al Caminetto. The location also places Trastevere's dining scene just a 20-minute drive away.

The outdoor swimming pool is open from April and features a shallow end and a children's section, making it suitable for families. Sun loungers, beach umbrellas, towels and pool toys are provided free of charge. The well-kept garden surrounds the pool with sunbathing areas and a shaded terrace. The pool is lit in the evening, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Board games and a cosy shared living room are also available for indoor downtime.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property free of charge. Free off-site street parking is available without reservation. Luggage storage and meeting/banquet facilities are also free. A paid airport shuttle and general shuttle service can be arranged on request. The property has a lift, designated smoking area, heating, and a wheelchair-accessible family room. Key access provides security. Staff communication via messaging apps is responsive, and late check-in can be accommodated with advance notice.
