The nearest metro is Poble Sec (250 m), and Plaza España is 1 km away, giving direct access to Arenas de Barcelona shopping centre and the Magic Fountain. Montjuïc Castle is 2 km uphill, reachable by foot or cable car. The metro ride to Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas takes about 10 minutes. For trade show visitors, both Fira de Barcelona venues (Montjuïc and Gran Via) are easily reached via metro or bus. Barcelona-El Prat airport is about 20 minutes by taxi or metro (L9 Sud). The area is walkable for daily needs, and the neighbourhood is generally safe and well-connected.

Each apartment features a private bathroom with a shower, a seating area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and a kitchen equipped with a hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a washing machine. Some units also have a dishwasher. The standard configuration includes 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Air conditioning is available, and a safety deposit box is provided free of charge. Noise levels can vary: some apartments have thin walls, and loud neighbours or street noise have been noted, so light sleepers may want to request a quieter room. The apartments are cleaned upon arrival; daily housekeeping is not included. Balconies are not available.

The property does not have a spa or swimming pool. For outdoor recreation, the Montjuïc hill area is 1.3-2 km away and provides walking and cycling paths, gardens, the Joan Miró Foundation, and the Magic Fountain shows. The nearest beach is about 30 minutes by metro. The area is well-suited for guests who prefer self-guided exploration and city walks rather than resort-style amenities.

Cots are available for families. There is no parking on site, so driving guests should plan to use nearby paid public parking.
