LA GRANDE CASA - CITY CENTER, Rome

This holiday home sits in central Rome, a 3-minute walk from Santa Maria Maggiore and 1 km from the Colosseum. Cavour Metro Station is 400 metres away, and Colosseo Metro Station is a 12-minute walk, giving good public transport connections. Rome Termini Train Station is 900 metres distant, and Ciampino Airport is 14 km away. The surrounding area has many restaurants within 0.5 km, including Brothers, Surf Pub, and The Glass Bar & Restaurant. The central location means major sights are within walking distance, and the metro makes it easy to reach other parts of the city without a car.

The apartment includes a separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa and dining area, and a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kitchenware, tea and coffee maker, and an electric kettle. The unit has two beds and features parquet floors, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. Bedroom lighting is minimal, relying on a bedside lamp. The property is on a street level, so some rooms face the road and receive street noise; light sleepers may prefer to bring earplugs.

The kitchen is set up for self-catering with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and all necessary utensils and cookware, though some basic items like a kitchen bin or a few specific utensils may not be present. The dining area has a table and chairs. The surrounding streets (0.5 km away) host a wide variety of restaurants and bars, including Brothers, Surf Pub, L'esquilino Ristorante-Bar, The Glass Bar & Restaurant, Colle Squilino, Nuova Cavour, StarBaps, and Arduini Dolci di Sezze. No breakfast is provided on-site.

WiFi is free and available throughout the property. Air conditioning is provided. Pets are permitted on request, and charges may apply. There is no on-site parking. Cots are available. The property offers an invoice service for reception. The kitchen includes a flat-screen TV. While electric lighting is present, some areas (kitchen, bedroom, living room) have been noted to have limited light from a single lamp or LED strips, and a few power outlets may not be operational; contacting management may help but response is not guaranteed.
