The apartment is on a quiet street in Sumida, 20 km from Haneda Airport. Tokyo Skytree is 6 minutes on foot and the adjacent shopping mall provides dining and souvenir options. Asakusa is a 5-minute walk across the river. Three train stations are within 10-20 minutes, two of them at the Skytree mall. Ushijima Shrine and Sumida Cultural Museum are 4 minutes and 500 metres away respectively. A 24-hour Family Mart is just around the corner. The area is predominantly residential and local, offering a peaceful night's sleep despite the tourist proximity.

Room 101 (YUI) is on the ground floor and sleeps 2. Rooms 201 (KEI) and 301 (RIN) also sleep 2 and are on upper floors without a lift. Room 401 (SORA) is a duplex on the 4th floor with a ladder to the upper bed area (ladder weight limit 100 kg) and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Only Room 401 has a Skytree view. All apartments feature a private bathroom with bath and bidet, a kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, oven, electric kettle, cookware), air conditioning, heating, soundproof walls, flat-screen TV, and a work desk. Rooms 201, 301, and 401 have a washing machine; room 101 does not - a coin laundry is nearby. The apartments are compact but efficiently laid out, with comfortable beds and good storage for travellers prioritising location and amenities over spaciousness.

Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, oven, electric kettle, cookware), making self-catering straightforward. There is no on-site dining or bar. Several restaurants are within 0.5 km, including Shuyuro, Yudetaro Honjo Azumabashi, and Sky Restaurant 634 at the Skytree mall. The nearby Family Mart is open 24 hours for snacks and essentials.
