LA LOGGIA DELLA SIGNORIA CHARMING LOFT, Florence

The apartment sits just off Piazza della Signoria, placing the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, and Palazzo Vecchio within a 5-15 minute stroll. Santa Maria Novella is less than a kilometre away, and Florence Airport is 9 km by taxi or bus. The neighbourhood is packed with restaurants, cafes, and shops - eight dining options are within a three-minute walk. With its central position, a car is unnecessary; most explore entirely on foot. The entrance involves 6 steps, so plan luggage accordingly.

The apartment comprises one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed (note: the sofa bed is smaller than a standard double - ideal for one adult or two children). Air conditioning is available in both rooms, and the bathroom features a shower, free toiletries, and bathrobes. The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and kettle. Additional comforts include a washing machine, work desk, dressing area, flat-screen TV with streaming services, and complimentary WiFi. The property is on an upper floor accessible via 6 steps from the entrance; no lift. Despite the central location, the apartment remains quiet and comfortable.

The apartment does not offer breakfast or restaurant facilities. However, the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. For dining out, you are surrounded by options: at least eight restaurants and eateries are within 300 metres, including Gustavo Piazza Signoria, I' Girone De' Ghiotti, Ristorante Buca Poldo, and Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura. The central location means cafes, trattorias, and gelaterias are steps away, making meal planning effortless.

WiFi is free throughout the apartment. Parking is available at the nearby Park2Go garage (Via Ricasoli, 3-4 minutes walk) for about €35 per day; reservation is required. Self check-in is provided with instructions sent before arrival. Luggage storage is available after check-out, but the bathroom cannot be used after 10:00. Pets are allowed at no extra charge. The apartment is non-smoking throughout, and family rooms accommodate children. Cots are available. Payment by Visa, CartaSi, and MasterCard.
