Venice Marco Polo Airport is 18 km away; the most practical route is a water taxi or Alilaguna waterbus from the airport to Rialto.

The apartment sleeps up to five people: a very large double bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room, a single bed, and the option of a second single bed on request. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and bidet. The kitchen is well stocked with basics, including a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kettle, and cookware. Both main rooms have soundproof walls and period Venetian furniture. There is no usable balcony, but the two small window-balconies provide an open view of the canal and passing gondolas. The apartment is larger than it appears in photographs, with a warm, historic atmosphere and good heating in winter. Air conditioning is available.
