Units range from 1-bedroom suites (sleeping 2-3) to large 3-bedroom apartments (sleeping up to 6). Bedrooms have comfortable beds; some larger suites use a portable divider between double beds - not fully separate rooms, so best suited for families sharing. Noise can be an issue in rooms overlooking the street-level nightlife (especially Thu-Sat nights). Windows are not fully soundproofed. The neighbourhood is packed with dining options: Bodeguita Romero, Cinco Jotas, Restaurante Terraze, Genova, Charlatan, and others are all within 300 metres. The property does not offer breakfast, so guests either self-cater or head out: many tapas bars and cafés are open from early morning.

The penthouse apartment has its own private hot tub and spacious terrace with sun loungers - one of the highest rooftop terraces in the area, catching sun through the day and offering stunning views of the Cathedral at night. Other apartments have a balcony. The solarium is free. No pool or gym.

Check-in is via a digital code (sent after online check-in), allowing flexible late arrivals. A tour desk can assist with local info. Free WiFi is available throughout. No daily housekeeping - rooms are cleaned only after departure. Luggage can sometimes be stored from 11:00 during cleaning, but there is no permanent left-luggage office. Staff are reachable by phone and are responsive; online messaging may not get a quick reply. No lift. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. The building is fire-safe with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers.
