LE COSY - PLACE MASSENA, Nice

The apartment sits on a quiet street within the historic city centre, a short walk from Nice-Ville Train Station (1 km) and the tram line, making it easy to explore without a car. The surrounding area is packed with shops, cafés, and restaurants - many within 300 metres: Les Sens, Brasserie L'Olympia, Le Daily, and Ballanger Confiserie Creperie are all a few minutes away. Castle Hill of Nice and the Promenade des Anglais are also reachable on foot in around 10 minutes. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 6 km away; the tram or a short taxi ride covers the trip quickly.

The apartment features a private bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed that can sleep two additional guests. The living area also includes a dining table and a work desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, and plenty of kitchenware - ideal for self-catering. Air-conditioning is efficient in the bedroom, while the living room has a supplementary air-cooler. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. A washing machine is available. The ceilings are low, which may not suit tall guests. Overall, the apartment shows some wear but is clean on arrival; the space feels cosy and appropriately priced for its location. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

There is no pool, spa, gym, or other leisure facility in the building. However, the excellent location compensates: the beach (Plage Beau Rivage) is a 7-minute walk, and the large park leading to the seafront is just 2-3 minutes away. The Castle Hill of Nice park is also nearby, providing a scenic viewpoint and green space. Boating activities are available from the coastline. For guests wanting more structured leisure, the city's gyms and spas are easily walkable.
