Rooms are available as double, twin, or twin/double configurations, each equipped with air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker, wardrobe, and heating. All rooms offer city views. Double rooms have either two or three separate beds, while the twin/double room has one bed. The property has a total of seven rooms sharing a single bathroom that contains one shower and one toilet. Rooms are very compact - for example, some are described as 2x2 metres with less than 30 cm of floor space between the door and the bed. Shared areas - including hallway and bathroom - are often described as worn, and the bathroom door does not lock from inside in a conventional way. No mirror is present in the rooms, and the only light source is a bedside lamp. Kitchenware and an electric kettle are provided for basic room-based food prep.
