The property is inside Gare du Palais station, making it ideal for train travellers arriving from Montreal or elsewhere. Despite the central station location, the lofts are soundproofed and quiet. The Morrin Centre is a 9-minute walk, and Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac is 13 minutes away on foot. The route to Vieux Québec Old Quebec and the Lower Town is relatively flat-no steep hills. A Metro Plus grocery store is a very short walk, and several restaurants and a bike rental shop are within a 3-5 minute walk. Quebec City Jean Lesage International Airport is 13 km away; without a shuttle, a taxi or rideshare is the most direct connection.

Accommodation

Spacious, modern, ground-floor lofts with private outdoor space, full kitchens, and in-unit laundry.
All units are on the ground floor and are wheelchair accessible. Three configurations are available: G101 (two Queen bedrooms plus a bunk bed for children), G102 (one Queen bedroom plus a bunk bed), and G103 (one Queen bedroom plus a sofa bed). Each loft features air conditioning, soundproof walls, parquet flooring, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The kitchens are fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and tea/coffee facilities. The bathrooms are private with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. A washer and dryer are included in each unit. The lofts are consistently described as quiet, spacious, and very clean, with comfortable beds and good blackout curtains. Some units have a balcony, others a terrace or patio.

Dining

The lofts have no on-site restaurant or breakfast service, but offer a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering.
There is no restaurant, bar, or café on the property. Each loft has a complete kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, dining area) ideal for preparing meals. A Metro Plus grocery store is within a short walk for supplies. For dining out, a steakhouse is located directly next door within the station, and several additional restaurants (including Sul Posto, Chez Victor, and Mille et une Pizzas) are about 0.5 km away. Breakfast may appear as a bookable option when selecting specific dates, but is not a standard offering. The self-catering setup is a major convenience for longer stays or families.
