LETMALAGA PRINCESA HUELIN, Malaga

Misericordia Beach is a 3-minute walk away, and the Automobile and Fashion Museum is just steps from the apartment. Malaga María Zambrano Train Station is 2 km away, and the airport is 6 km from the property. The city centre is a 10-15 minute bus ride, with a metro station about 8 minutes on foot. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, and feels local, with a park behind the property. Free street parking is generally easy to find, and a rental scooter can be parked in front of the apartment as long as it is not on the sidewalk.

The apartment includes one separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, sleeping up to 4 people on 2 beds. The bedroom has a double bed that is 120 cm wide, which is narrower than a standard double. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer but no window, so the door should be left open to improve ventilation. The unit is soundproofed and has heating. Some units have a deck for outdoor seating; the deluxe studio does not. The apartment does not offer an exceptional view. The bedroom can feel dark due to windows that do not let in much sunlight, and there are no curtains or blinds, so morning light may wake light sleepers. The ceiling height is low, and some furnishings show signs of wear.

The pool is enclosed without a roof and is available for the dates advertised. It is a small pool, only knee-deep in some areas. The pool and the courtyard require regular maintenance; the pool can be dirty on arrival. The nearest beach, Misericordia Beach, is a 3-minute walk away and offers the best option for swimming and sunbathing.

Internet access is available free of charge throughout the property. Check-in and check-out are handled remotely via WhatsApp with a key box system. The property provides one towel per person. There is no daily housekeeping; the unit is cleaned only at departure. A washing machine is available in the apartment. There is no luggage storage. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, Red 6000, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay, and MasterCard. The deposit of €150 is held via a credit card authorization that can take up to a month to be released.
