LEUTARI SUITE, Rome

The apartment sits on a quiet courtyard just off Piazza Navona, placing most of Rome's historic centre within easy walking range. Campo de' Fiori is 300 metres away, the Pantheon is a 6-minute walk, and the Trevi Fountain is 13 minutes on foot. Castel Sant'Angelo is less than 1 km away, and Piazza Venezia is 1 km from the door. The immediate street has a row of trattorias and wine bars, making it easy to find dinner or an aperitivo without going far. A bus line runs from the nearby street, providing direct access to Termini Station for rail connections. Rome Ciampino Airport is 17 km away; Rome Fiumicino is approximately 30 km. The area is lively and well-lit, with a supermarket and a market square close by for supplies.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area, making it suitable for two people or a small family with a child. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a tea and coffee maker, along with kitchenware and a dining table. The bathroom has a shower and a bidet, and free toiletries are provided. The living area includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, and an iron. Windows face the inner courtyard, which keeps the apartment very quiet. The unit is on the third floor of a characterful old building with high parquet floors, and while the climb is there, the peaceful internal setting is a notable advantage for light sleepers. The space itself is described as roomy for a city-centre apartment, with practical layout that works well for short or medium stays.

For active leisure, an ice-skating rink (ICE cRome) is located 300 metres from the apartment, offering a fun activity especially in the cooler months. The real wellness asset here is the location itself: virtually all of Rome's major sights - the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, and Roman Forum - can be reached on foot within 15 to 30 minutes. The apartment's inner-courtyard position provides a quiet, restful base after a full day of sightseeing. No on-site gym, pool, or spa is available, but the city's parks and historical walking routes effectively serve as the leisure offering.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas. Reception services are limited to private check-in and check-out, and the host communicates directly to arrange key collection or self-check-in. For transport, a paid airport shuttle can pick up and drop off from both Ciampino and Fiumicino airports - booking in advance is recommended. No parking is available on the property. Safety features include a safety deposit box and smoke alarms. The apartment also has a washing machine and ironing facilities, which are particularly useful for longer stays. Cots are available on request for young children. The entire property is non-smoking, and no pets are allowed.
