The hostel sits on a calm side street yet is only an 8-minute walk from the lively Khao San Road - ideal for exploring both day and night. Key cultural landmarks include Wat Saket (1 km), Bangkok National Museum (2 km), Grand Palace (3 km), and Wat Pho (3 km). A range of affordable eateries and a 7-Eleven are within a 5-minute walk. The area is pedestrian-friendly, with public bus routes connecting to Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports. No parking is available, so arriving by taxi or public transport is recommended.

Accommodation includes double rooms with private bathrooms (some with bath and terrace overlooking the canal) and female or mixed dormitories (4-8 beds). Beds are large and comfortable with privacy curtains, personal reading lights, power sockets, and a shelf. Dorm beds are separate (not bunk beds in the 4-bed rooms), and each bed has its own wardrobe and locker space. All rooms have air conditioning, tiled floors, and views of the canal or city. The 5th-floor deluxe room offers a private bathroom and a shared terrace with canal views, but requires climbing stairs. Rooms are cleaned daily and are praised for being quiet and peaceful.

The hostel does not serve breakfast. A self-service area is open all day offering free drinking water, coffee, tea, and Milo, plus a microwave for reheating food. A large number of restaurants and street food stalls are within 500 metres, such as Lamphu Tree Breakfast Buffet & Restaurant, Smack n' Smokes, Khao Tom Bawon, and Patonggo Restaurant. A 7-Eleven is also a short walk away for snacks and essentials.

The rooftop and outdoor terrace offer a peaceful setting with canal views, suitable for relaxing with a drink or reading. The hostel organises a range of activities including walking tours, bike tours, pub crawls, happy hour events, and evening entertainment. An indoor play area is available, but the property is adults-only, so this is not for children. The overall atmosphere is calm and quiet, prioritising rest over socialising.

Wi-Fi is free and reliable throughout the building. A shared lounge/TV area offers casual seating. A self-service microwave, fridge, and free hot drinks are available at all times. Daily housekeeping keeps the hostel very clean. Luggage storage and lockers (free after check-out) allow easy day-exploring before a late departure. Concierge service can assist with transport tickets and recommendations. Express check-in/out and private check-in/out are available for an additional charge. Smoking is not permitted indoors, but a designated smoking area is provided on the ground floor terrace.
