The property is in a condominium building in a prestigious block, and the area feels safe and practical.

Rooms are compact but fully renovated, with new bathrooms, quality mattresses, and fresh bedding. Each double room offers a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer, plus free toiletries. Rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee maker, wardrobe, heating, and parquet floors. Some rooms include a sofa bed or a futon. Rooms with a balcony overlooking the city are available in the twin room configuration. The property is effectively a converted condo with four bedrooms; the walls are thin, so noise from other guests, the street, or neighbours' dogs and children can be noticeable. Rooms face either the street or the building interior. The property is a basic but clean and well-equipped choice for travellers whose main need is a comfortable bed near the metro.
