The building is on a quiet street yet within easy walking distance of the city's main attractions: Jorge Rando Museum (700 m) and Malaga Cathedral (1 km). Málaga Airport is 9 km away. The area is well-served by public transport, with a train station and bus stops nearby, and the beach is a pleasant 30-minute stroll. Several supermarkets, pharmacies, and local shops are on the same street, making self-catering and errands very convenient. Parking in the city centre is challenging, but street parking is possible if you are careful with the blue and yellow lines.

Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds, and the sofa bed in the living room sleeps up to two guests. Both bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, with one also including a hairdryer. The living area is spacious, with a dining table, seating area, and a flat-screen TV. Air conditioning is available in every room, and the apartment is heated. Blackout roller blinds on the windows provide excellent darkness and also help with sound insulation. A washing machine, iron, and a fully equipped kitchenette (stove, microwave-oven, refrigerator, toaster, tea and coffee maker, pots and pans) add to the convenience for longer stays.

The terrace is shared among the six apartments in the building and is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. It provides a spot for sunbathing or unwinding after a day of sightseeing, with no need to walk 30 minutes to the beach for a bit of sunshine. The apartment does not have a pool, gym, or spa.
