A tram stop on Plaza Nueva, 250 metres away, connects to Prado de San Sebastián bus station for regional and long-distance bus services, while Santa Justa train station is about 25 minutes away on foot. The area around the cathedral is lively and pedestrian-friendly, filled with cafés and restaurants. For those driving, paid parking is available one minute from the apartment at €20 per day.

Accommodation options include studios with a double bed on a mezzanine level and a sofa bed, and one-bedroom apartments with a separate bedroom. Both types feature a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, microwave, fridge, and washing machine, plus high ceilings, LCD TV, ironing facilities, air conditioning, and heating. The one-bedroom apartment includes two private bathrooms. Apartments open onto a small balcony or terrace with street or cathedral views. The studio has four balconies; the one-bedroom has four balconies and one terrace. Rooms are on a busy street near the cathedral, so some street noise is audible.
