A bus stop is located just outside, and supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. The area also includes the Pineto park, adjacent to the property.

Rooms are bright, spacious, and furnished in a minimalist style. Each includes a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, work desk, hypoallergenic bedding, and a private entrance.
