LOVELY APARTMENT HEART OF GOLDEN SQUARE FIBER WIFI, Nice

The apartment sits in the real heart of Nice, on a pedestrian street off the main square. Plage du Centenaire beach is a 5-minute walk, and the Promenade des Anglais is within a few minutes more. Avenue Jean Medecin shopping street is under 1 km away, and the old town starts just around the corner. Nice-Ville Train Station is a 13-minute walk, and Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 5 km away - easily reached by tram or taxi. A supermarket is 1 block away, and numerous restaurants, cafés, and bars are literally steps from the door. This location is ideal for exploring the city on foot.

The apartment comprises a separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main bedroom has one bed, and the living room sofa bed provides a second sleeping area - comfortable for two adults or a small family. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, and tea/coffee facilities. Air conditioning ensures comfort in summer, and soundproof walls and windows keep the interior quiet despite the central pedestrian location. A washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, and free toiletries add to the practicality. The apartment is clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a short or extended stay.

Guests can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchenette or order grocery deliveries (available on request). The pedestrian street and surrounding blocks are packed with restaurants, from casual brasseries like Brasserie Le Magenta (0.5 km) to Italian spots such as Flavio Da Milano and Grom (both 0.5 km). A supermarket one block away makes self-catering easy. The city centre also offers plenty of cafés and bakeries for a quick breakfast or coffee.

The apartment itself has no pool, spa, or gym, making it best suited for guests who plan to spend their time exploring Nice rather than staying on-site. The beach (Plage du Centenaire) is a 5-minute walk away, and Castle Hill of Nice is 1 km - a pleasant walk for views and a park setting. The location also provides easy access to the Promenade des Anglais for walking, jogging, or cycling along the coast.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartment. The reception services include express check-in/out, luggage storage, and an invoice provided. The host provides clear self-check-in instructions. Pets are allowed on request (charges may apply), making this a rare centrally located option for travellers with pets. A public parking space is available nearby for €25 per day; no reservation is needed. The apartment is non-smoking throughout and soundproofed. Housekeeping is not daily, but the apartment is clean and well-maintained, and the washing machine/dryer allows guests to manage laundry.
