The surrounding streets are dense with shops, bars, and restaurants within a short walking distance, making a car unnecessary for most day-to-day needs.

The apartment has one bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a large modern shower room, and a living area that opens onto a sunny balcony with reclining chairs and garden views. A fully equipped kitchen comes with a toaster, kettle, and washing machine, alongside a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Air conditioning is included in the rental price at no extra cost.
