LUCHANA APARTMENT, Malaga

The apartment is in a quiet residential street yet the historic centre is reachable on foot in 10-20 minutes. The Picasso Museum Málaga is 2 km away, the Jorge Rando Museum 600 metres, and Malagueta Beach is a 30-minute walk or a short bus ride. Several restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket are within a 2-minute walk, making self-catering and evening meals very practical without a car.

This apartment sleeps up to six people across three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed. All bedrooms open onto the street and have generous wardrobe space. The living room includes a seating area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a dining table. Tiled floors and air conditioning in every room keep the space cool. The bathroom is recently renovated and spacious, with a bath, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. A welcome pack with drinks and snacks is provided on arrival.

The kitchen comes with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kitchenware, and a tea and coffee maker - everything needed to prepare full meals. There is no on-site restaurant or breakfast service, but a supermarket 20 metres away and eight restaurants within a 5-minute walk (including Casa Antonio, Papulinos, and Restaurante La Abuela Paca) cover all dining needs without leaving the neighbourhood.

WiFi is available free of charge in all areas. The building has a lift, making luggage and pram access easy. A washing machine is provided in the apartment. Luggage storage is available around 12:00 on the check-in day if you arrive early. The owner communicates via WhatsApp and provides clear self-check-in instructions. No extra fees are charged for air conditioning, heating, or WiFi.
