LUJOSO APARTAMENTO CON PISCINA COMPARTIDA 1, Seville

The location is exceptionally central, making most historic sites reachable on foot: the Royal Alcázar is a 15-minute walk, La Giralda and Seville Cathedral are less than 1 km away, and Plaza de Armas is 13 minutes away. Seville Airport is 11 km away. The surrounding streets are filled with restaurants, tapas bars, and shops, with an Aldi supermarket only a 3-minute walk. Because it is right in the heart of the city, street noise can be audible at night. For car-free travel, walking is the primary mode; driving is less convenient due to the lack of parking.

The apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a generous layout for groups. It is furnished and equipped to a high, modern standard with air conditioning, heating, soundproofed walls, and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and a coffee machine. The living area includes a seating area, dining table, and a flat-screen TV. A private terrace provides additional outdoor space. While the interior is consistently praised for being quiet and peaceful, street-facing rooms can experience noise at night. The master bedroom is noted for its comfortable mattress but lacks a luggage table.

There is no restaurant on site, but the apartment's kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and cooking utensils, making self-catering easy. The location is exceptional for eating out: dozens of tapas bars and restaurants are within a 300-metre walk, including Confiteria la Campana, Perro Viejo Tapas, and The Good Burger. An Aldi supermarket is a 3-minute walk for groceries. Many breakfast places are also nearby, allowing guests to choose their morning meal.

The rooftop features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool with a shallow end and sun loungers and umbrellas, all free to use. The pool area also includes a solarium and sun terrace, consistently described as a pleasant, quiet space ideal for a break during the day. Opening hours are 10:00-22:00 daily. Kayaking and canoeing are available in the surrounding area.
